Blues Year?

The NHL playoffs this year have been crazy and the St. Louis Blues are on to the next round. From the beginning of the season when everyone thought they sucked, to their end of season run to make the playoffs. The Blues had a good start on the road against the Winnipeg Jets, but the two losses at home that followed were pretty nerve racking. It was 2-2 and the Blues made a insane comeback to win game five, and then went on to clinch it in game six. Outside of the Blues versus Jets series, the rest of the playoff field has gone crazy. All one seeds are now out of the tournament. This includes the Tampa Bay Lighting who had a historic sixty two win season. They were a clear cup favorite until the Columbus Blue Jackets swept them in four. The Calgary Flames were also swept and many other series ended in overtime. On Tuesday, the sharks score three goals in four minutes to send it to overtime and went on to win it against the knights. Then last night we got to watch another exciting one when Carolina upset the defending champion Washington Capitals. Now we just have to look forward to the start of the second round tonight. With no more one seeds, the field to win the Stanley Cup is wide open. Our Blues got a good looking second round matchup against Dallas, so hopefully they will make a run at it this year.
